Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

For purchase orders, we allow cancellations before the shipping date. For example, we start preparing cakes and orders about 5 days in advance, as the preparation process takes 5 days.

Therefore, customers are kindly requested to request cancellations as early as possible, or at least 4 days before the scheduled shipping or pickup date.

キャンセルポリシー（購入オプション）

ご注文のキャンセルは、発送日または受け取り予定日より前であれば可能です。なお、当店のケーキおよび商品は事前に製造準備を行っており、製造には通常5日程度のお時間をいただいております。

そのため、キャンセルをご希望の場合はできるだけ早めにご連絡ください。また、発送日または受け取り予定日の4日前までのキャンセルをお願いしております。

製造準備が開始された後のキャンセルにつきましては、お受けできない場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
